About Taimi Lawlor

Guided by Experience. Grounded in Science. Driven by Data.

If you’ve ever been told “nothing’s wrong”—yet you know something is—you’re exactly who I’m here to help.

I founded A Stretch Beyond Yoga to help high-functioning women and men reclaim their energy, calm, and confidence by addressing what’s really going on beneath the surface. My work combines functional testing, nervous system support, and mind-body practices like yoga, Pilates, and biohacking tools to help you finally understand what your body has been trying to say all along.

But beyond the certifications, I’ve lived this work. I know what it’s like to feel dismissed, depleted, and disconnected. And I know how it feels to finally find answers that work.

My Mission

To help you uncover the “why” behind your symptoms, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild your health from the inside out, so you can lose weight, get up in the morning without feeling so exhausted, and reduce bloating.

Because when you understand your body, you don’t just feel better—you feel like yourself again.

Why Clients Work with Taimi

  • Root-Cause Approach: I don’t mask symptoms—I identify what’s driving them.

  • Personalized Programs: No two clients are the same, and neither are their protocols.

  • Science Meets Mindfulness: Functional testing meets yoga, movement, and nervous system healing.

  • Foundation-First Philosophy: Because real change lasts only when your body is ready to sustain it.

  • Safe, Supportive Space: You’ll feel heard, validated, and empowered to take charge of your wellness.

My Approach

I believe in blending the best of both worlds—data and intuition, science and mindfulness, discipline and compassion.

Every plan is bio-individualized, meaning it’s built for your body, your stress response, and your goals. My approach integrates:

  • Functional Testing — HTMA, 3x4 Genetic Blueprint, Vitract Deep Gut Scan, & Functional Blood Analysis to uncover hidden imbalances.

  • Nervous System Regulation — tools like Yoga Nidra, tapping, red light therapy, brainwave entrainment, and breathwork to calm stress and improve resilience.

  • Movement Practices — yoga and classical Pilates for strength, mobility, and mind-body connection.

It’s a whole-body, whole-person approach—designed to help you move from exhausted and overwhelmed to energized.
