Restorative Yoga and Meditation

Learn how to calm your nervous system and master breathing techniques to manage the monkeys dancing in your mind. This practice gives you the tools and techniques you need in order to truly relax and regulate your nervous system. Using specific poses and deep breathing you will soothe the body and mind. You will stimulate and improve the function of your vagus nerve, and the cardiovascular and lymphatic systems.

Speech and Language Therapy

Taimi has a variety of tools and strategies to properly treat the needs related to autism, language learning disabilities, executive functioning, and ADHD. With over 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults; Taimi realized that many of her clients had a common underlying theme – they all had deep feelings of anxiety and nonexistent self-confidence.


Using her expertise of yoga with her knowledge on how to reduce inflammation through nutrition and lifestyle, she began to target her clients' nervous systems. In order for clients to be engaged in learning specific skills, she incorporates the bottom up and top down processes. Once these practices are put into place and generalized to their daily routine, she begins to target the specific communication needs.


Taimi works with adolescents and adults, with and without special needs, who want to:
